Gizlilik politikası

Bu politika, togemio.com adresindeki Togemio hizmetini (“Togemio”, “biz”) kullanırken hangi kişisel verilerini topladığımızı, bunları ne için kullandığımızı, kimlerle paylaştığımızı ve hangi haklara sahip olduğunu anlatır. Hizmetin kullanımı Kullanım koşulları’na bağlıdır.

1. Topladığımız veriler

  • Google ile giriş. Google hesabınla girdiğinde Google’dan yalnızca openid, email ve profile izinlerini isteriz. Bunlarla adını, soyadını, e-posta adresini, e-postanın doğrulanmış olup olmadığını, profil fotoğrafının bağlantısını ve Google hesap kimliğini alırız. Google parolanı, kişilerini, takvimini, Drive dosyalarını ya da başka Google verilerini görmeyiz.
  • Profil bilgileri. Profilini tamamlarken telefon numaranı, cinsiyetini ve doğum tarihini yazarsın. Telefon numarası doğrulanmaz.
  • Etkinlik ve katılım bilgileri. Oluşturduğun etkinlikler (başlık, açıklama, kurallar, kapasite, tarih, mekân, adres, harita konumu, varsa ücret), başvuruların ve durumları, yoklama kayıtları, güvenilirlik puanın, yazdığın değerlendirmeler ve notlar, favorilerin.
  • Teknik bilgiler. Girişini sürdürmek için togemio_session, form güvenliği için togemio_csrf çerezini kullanırız. Tema tercihin tarayıcının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Siteyi sunan altyapı, güvenlik ve hata ayıklama için IP adresi, tarayıcı bilgisi ve istek zamanı gibi teknik kayıtları işler. Reklam ya da analiz çerezi kullanmayız.

2. Verileri ne için kullanırız

  • Hesabını açmak, seni tanımak ve girişini sürdürmek.
  • Etkinlik oluşturmanı, etkinlikleri keşfetmeni ve başvurmanı, organizatörün de başvuruları yönetmesini sağlamak.
  • Katılım geçmişine göre güvenilirlik puanını ve sıralamaları hesaplamak.
  • Hizmeti güvenli tutmak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve hataları gidermek.
  • Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek.

Verilerini satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız ve üçüncü kişilere pazarlama amacıyla vermeyiz.

3. Kimler görür

  • Organizatör. Bir etkinliğe başvurduğunda adın, soyadın, telefonun, cinsiyetin ve etkinlik tarihindeki yaşın yalnızca o etkinliğin organizatörüyle paylaşılır. Doğum tarihin paylaşılmaz. Organizatör bu bilgileri etkinlik sürerken ve etkinlik bittikten sonra 30 gün boyunca görebilir.
  • Diğer kullanıcılar. Adın, soyadın, profil fotoğrafın, organizatörlük istatistiklerin, sıralamalardaki yerin, yayınladığın etkinlikler ve herkese açık yorumların sitede görünür. E-posta adresin, telefonun ve doğum tarihin herkese açık değildir.
  • Hizmet sağlayıcılar. Google (giriş ve harita), Cloudflare (alan adı, şifreli bağlantı ve trafik koruması) ve sunucu barındırma sağlayıcımız, hizmeti çalıştırmak için gereken ölçüde veri işler. Bu sağlayıcıların bir kısmı verileri Türkiye dışında işleyebilir. Etkinlik konumu seçtiğinde ya da bir etkinliğin haritasını açtığında sayfa Google Haritalar’ı yükler; bu durumda Google’ın gizlilik politikası da geçerlidir.
  • Yasal zorunluluk. Yetkili makamların hukuka uygun bir talebi olursa gereken bilgiyi paylaşabiliriz.

4. Google kullanıcı verileri

Google’dan aldığımız bilgileri yalnızca hesabını açmak, seni tanımak ve profilini doldurmak için kullanırız. Bu bilgileri reklam için kullanmaz, satmaz, yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanmaz ve bu politikada yazılanlar dışında kimseyle paylaşmayız.

Togemio’nun Google API’lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka uygulamalara aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) gereklilikleri dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na uygundur.

Togemio’nun Google hesabına erişimini istediğin zaman Google hesap izinleri sayfasından kaldırabilirsin.

5. Saklama süresi

  • Hesap bilgilerini hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklarız.
  • Hesabını kapattığında adın “Silinmiş Kullanıcı” olur. E-posta adresin, telefonun, profil fotoğrafın, cinsiyetin ve doğum tarihin hesaptan silinir. Etkinlik ve sıralama kayıtları tutarlı kalsın diye katılım ve puan geçmişi anonim olarak kalır.
  • Bir başvuruyla organizatöre açılan bilgiler başvuru kaydında saklanır. Organizatör bunları yalnızca yukarıdaki süre içinde görür. Bunların da silinmesini istersen [email protected] adresine yaz.
  • Veritabanı yedekleri 14 gün tutulur, sonra silinir.

6. Hakların

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ve geçerli diğer mevzuat kapsamında verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunma hakların vardır.

Profil bilgilerini sitedeki profil ekranından güncelleyebilirsin. Hesabını kapatmak, verilerinin bir kopyasını almak ya da başka bir talep için hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine yaz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız.

7. Güvenlik

Bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Oturum çerezi sayfadaki betiklerin okuyamayacağı biçimde (HttpOnly) tutulur. Veritabanlarımız internete açık değildir. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir veri ihlali olursa yasanın öngördüğü şekilde seni ve ilgili makamları bilgilendiririz.

8. Yaş sınırı

Togemio 18 yaşından küçükler için değildir. Profili tamamlamak için 18 yaşını doldurmuş olmak gerekir. 18 yaşından küçük birinin hesap açtığını öğrenirsek hesabı kapatırız.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri sitede duyururuz. Sayfanın başındaki tarih son güncellemeyi gösterir.

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Togemio service at togemio.com (“Togemio”, “we”), what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. Use of the service is subject to our Terms of service.

1. Data we collect

  • Google sign-in. When you sign in with Google we request only the openid, email and profile scopes. With them we receive your first and last name, email address, whether that email is verified, a link to your profile photo and your Google account ID. We never see your Google password, contacts, calendar, Drive files or any other Google data.
  • Profile details. When you complete your profile you enter your phone number, gender and date of birth. Phone numbers are not verified.
  • Events and participation. Events you create (title, description, rules, capacity, date, venue, address, map location and any fee), your applications and their status, attendance records, your reliability score, reviews and notes you write, and your favorites.
  • Technical data. We use a togemio_session cookie to keep you signed in and a togemio_csrf cookie to protect forms. Your theme preference is kept in your browser’s local storage. The infrastructure serving the site processes technical records such as IP address, browser details and request times for security and debugging. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

  • To create your account, identify you and keep you signed in.
  • To let you create, discover and apply to events, and to let organizers manage applications.
  • To calculate reliability scores and leaderboards from attendance history.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or give it to third parties for marketing.

3. Who can see it

  • Organizers. When you apply to an event, your first and last name, phone number, gender and your age on the event date are shared only with that event’s organizer. Your date of birth is not shared. The organizer can see this information while the event is running and for 30 days after it ends.
  • Other users. Your name, profile photo, organizer statistics, leaderboard position, published events and public reviews are visible on the site. Your email address, phone number and date of birth are not public.
  • Service providers. Google (sign-in and maps), Cloudflare (domain, encrypted connections and traffic protection) and our server hosting provider process data as needed to run the service. Some of them may process data outside Türkiye. When you pick an event location or open an event’s map, the page loads Google Maps, and Google’s privacy policy also applies.
  • Legal requirements. We may share the necessary information in response to a lawful request from the authorities.

4. Google user data

We use the information we receive from Google only to create your account, identify you and fill in your profile. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, use it to train AI models, or share it with anyone except as described in this policy.

Togemio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove Togemio’s access to your Google account at any time on your Google account permissions page.

5. Retention

  • We keep your account data for as long as your account is open.
  • When you close your account, your name becomes “Silinmiş Kullanıcı” (Deleted User), and your email address, phone number, profile photo, gender and date of birth are removed from the account. Participation and score history stays in anonymous form so event and leaderboard records remain consistent.
  • Information shared with an organizer through an application is stored with that application. The organizer can see it only during the period above. Write to [email protected] if you also want it deleted.
  • Database backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted.

6. Your rights

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other applicable law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, access it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.

You can update your profile details on the site’s profile screen. To close your account, get a copy of your data or make any other request, write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We reply within 30 days.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. The session cookie is HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it. Our databases are not reachable from the internet. No system is perfect; if a data breach happens, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

8. Age limit

Togemio is not intended for anyone under 18. Completing a profile requires being at least 18 years old. If we learn that someone under 18 has opened an account, we will close it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We announce significant changes on the site. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.
